I’m so excited to check out Alicia Keys’ The Element of Freedom Tour on Monday. I’ve been reading a few reviews about the show and they’ve all been extremely positive. A few weeks ago I took my cousin Caitlin to see Jay-Z at the Garden (her first concert, ever) and the whole crowd went absolutely bonkers when “Empire State of Mind” dropped so I can only imagine what Alicia’s stripped down version is going to sound like live. The Agganis Arena is much smaller than the Garden so every seat has a good view but we have really good floor seats to see my wifey for lifey.
She will be mine. Oh yes, she will be mine…
Normally I find keytars to be somewhat cliche…but I’ll play an Alicia Keytar any day.
